When you shop at ArmyUniverse.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you find that you must return, exchange or have any problem with an item, we try to make this process as easy as possible!
We have a 30 day money back guaranteed policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may return it. If you would like to make an exchange you may do so for any product available on our site.
Please contact our returns department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You can do so by emailing us at: returns@armyuniverse.com.
Every Single Order Must Be Approved BEFORE Being Sent Back To ArmyUniverse.com.
You may return any ArmyUniverse.com product that you have purchased for a refund. Shipping costs are never refunded.
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA Number which must be obtained BEFORE sending back a product. Any returns without prior authorization will not be honored.
In order to obtain an RMA Number you need to contact the Returns Department by emailing returns@armyuniverse.com and requesting a RMA number for every item you would like to return.
Some returns are subject to restocking fees.
A refund will be issued only to the original method of payment.
We will try to process returns as soon as possible, but please be patient as it may take up to 15 business days to receive your full refund.
If you took advantage of the free shipping promotion that we offer and you return your order making the new total under $149, the original full shipping costs will be deducted before your refund is issued.
Customers returning items are responsible for sending back the products to ArmyUniverse.com, and may choose any carrier that they please. Please note: We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged products. Please insure your package before sending it back to us.
Orders past our 30 day return policy deadline cannot be returned. Our system cannot generate any RMA numbers after 30 days.
In order to serve you best, these guidelines must be followed. We will not deviate from any of our policies.
All returns must include original packing slip and items must be received back in the same way they were received.
RMA Numbers must be visible on the outside of the package so it gets allocated to the correct area. Please make sure it is large and clearly visible.
30 days begin from the day the order has been placed.
The Return Shipping Address will be issued once all these guidelines have been followed, and the return has been approved.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are FREE with ArmyUniverse.com. What that means, is that you can send back any product to ArmyUniverse.com and we will send it back to you at no cost. You will be responsible to ship the products back to us at your expense. This will only occur with smaller packages and in some cases you will be required to place new orders for the new products you would like.
Products that you would like to exchange must follow these guidelines:
You may exchange any product that you would like for anything else that we have on our website.
After it is approved a RMA number will be issued accompanied with the return address.
Customers will be responsible for any additional costs if they choose different products.
Exchanged items must be in the same condition it was received in. Damaged, worn or used products will not be accepted back.
You have 30 days from the day the order is placed to get an exchange RMA.
These policies are for this website only and do not apply to any orders on other shopping portals (i.e. amazon, eBay, sears etc.).
Refused Packages
In the event that ArmyUniverse.com ships out a package and it is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged a full restocking fee of 20% plus shipping costs (both to the customer and back to the shipper). Refunds will be done as soon as possible but may take up to 15 business days.
What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?
If you received a damaged product from ArmyUniverse.com please call us as soon as possible. We will not accept any damaged goods claims after 3 business days. If an item was damaged in the shipping process, a claim will be filed and a new product will be sent out once the damaged product is received back.
All products are inspected thoroughly before being sent out, but mistakes can occur and we will do whatever is necessary to rectify it.
If you decide not to keep a defective product, a restocking fee will still apply. We do this to insure the integrity of our company and our customers. Shipping will be reimbursed for any defective item, after it has been inspected.
What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you receive the wrong product from your order please let us know right away and we will do whatever is necessary to fix the situation as soon as possible. Shipping and handling costs of any wrong items sent will be compensated once the situation has been reviewed by one of our returns mangers. You may send back the products only via the methods that we choose and accept. This is the only way a customer can be compensated for the return shipping costs.
How long do I have to cancel an order?
Orders placed online may be canceled up to 2 hours after being placed. All orders after 2 hours cannot be canceled even if it has not been shipped.
How do I make a change on my order?
We will be able to make changes on orders if the order has not been processed. Usually orders get processed within 3 hours so after that we will not be able to make changes on your order.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs/duty charges that may apply. We do not edit invoices for customers because our system cannot allow us to do so. International orders CANNOT be returned. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Almost every product can be returned however we reserve the right to deny any return claims. Special orders and wholesale orders will not be able to be returned.
