When you shop at ArmyUniverse.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we try to make this process as easy as possible!
We have a 30 day money back guaranteed policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product you may return it no questions asked. If you would like to make an exchange you may do so for any product available on our site.
Please contact our returns department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You can do so by emailing us at: returns@armyuniverse.com or by calling us.
Basic Policy:
- Within 30 days of receiving a shipment from ArmyUniverse.com you may return any un-opened/un-used products for a full refund less shipping and handling.
- A copy of the original packing slip and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must accompany all returns. (You can only get this upon request by emailing returns@armyuniverse.com)
- If you send a return or exchange with an RMA Form, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.
- A refund will be issued only to the original credit card.
- We will try to process returns as soon as possible, but please be patient as it may take up to 30 days to receive your full refund.
- You will be refunded and compensated all the shipping costs if we made any error on your order.
- If you received our free shipping promotion and you return your order making the new total under $99, the original full shipping charges will be deducted before your refund is issued.
- You may ship the return by the method of your choice; we do recommend that you insure your package. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost returns.
- Orders over $199 cannot be returned without our prior written consent and approval.
- Orders past our thirty day deadline can not be returned.

Return Instructions:
- Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated box.
- Pack and tape your package securely.
- Follow the instructions in your RMA email to ship the package back to us.
- Please make sure not to forget to include your packing slip and your RMA Form.

Defective or Damaged Products
In the situation that the product you received is damaged please call us within 2 business days as your shipment is received. If the item is damaged due to the shipping carrier, you must call us in order to place a trace and investigation on the shipment. We will not accept any defective claims after 4 business days.
An item that was defective or damaged upon receipt not due to the shipping carrier may be replaced with the same products only. You may return a damaged or defective product for a refund, however a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Why is this our policy? Claiming a defective product is a simple way of avoiding our restocking fee on standard returns. Please recognize that we will certainly replace an item that was damaged or defective upon you receiving it. Our restocking fee only applies in the case where you want to return the defective product. Shipping and handling will be paid by us if the item is indeed defective. If upon inspection the product is not damaged or defective as stated, the customer’s shipping costs will NOT be refunded. Original shipping and handling charges are never refundable.
We will ship out a replacement for any defective product as soon as it is inspected. This takes around 2-3 business days. In the case of a product that needs to be received immediately please contact us by phone or email and let us know.
Wrong Product Received
Shipping and handling costs of any wrong items received are not credited or refunded unless there was a clear error on our part (incorrect product received, color and/or size received is different than what was ordered). Customer must send products back to us and if a mistake was indeed made then the customer will be compensated for his shipping costs. We reserve the right to choose the carrier and method for return shipping.
Refused Packages
Packages that are refused and returned to sender are considered as if it is a standard unauthorized return. You will be refunded for the products returned minus a 25% restocking fee and minus the shipping costs to you and the shipping costs to receive the product back from the shipper. Please make sure that someone will be there to receive your shipment once the order is placed. Shipping usually is done quickly but may take up to 7 days. Refunds may take up to 30 days.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
These products cannot ever be returned. Swimwear, Underwear, Books, DVD’s, Videos, Customized Orders, Closeouts, Special Orders, or Clearance Items.
